Ellesmere House 2009 Tariff
- All rooms are en suite
- Single Room - £45 - £65
- Twin/Double Room - £90 - £130
- Superior Double en-suite £120 - £150
- Prices are per room and include Breakfast
- Check Out time is 10.30 am on the morning of departure.

- As we are a Guest House and not a Hotel we do not have a reception and, to ensure that we are here to welcome you, check-in is therefore by arrangement only.
- All bookings are secured by credit card.
- There is a non refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay, this can be paid by cheque should you so wish. For those using a credit card, nothing is taken at the time of booking, however the booking is still subject to the usual cancellation policy.
- Settlement of accounts are on departure and payment by cash or cheque (subject to a valid cheque guarantee card) ensures that we do not have to pass on the credit card surcharge. This currently stands at 4%.
Cancellation policy:
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of are subject to 50% charge on the balance due. Bookings within 7 days are subject to 100% charge. We will always try and re-sell a room and where successful we will deduct this from any amount owed.
